Terms of service

1. This application provides a service with the use of permissive licenced software (Stable Diffusion model training and image generation). The service covers:
   1.  Training of models based on provided photos
   2.  Usage of the models to generate images
   3.  Storage of models
   4.  Storage of images
   5.  Access to the images through the gallery
2.  To protect your privacy, the photos you provide are deleted as soon as the model training has finished. What is stored is the final trained model, which will allow you to generate avatars.
3.  Keeping images in the gallery is free of charge without any limits and it will never change.
4.  Model training and image generation require a lot of computing power. Storage of each of the trained models requires a few GBs of disk space. These activities are paid features.
5.  In order to use the paid features you need to have enough credits in your account. You can top up the credits on the Credits Top-Up page. How you use the credits in the application depends entirely on you.
6. Below is a list of all chargeable activities:
   1.  Model training
   2.  Model loading into memory for image generation
   3.  Image generation
   4.  Model storage
7. There is no guarantee that the model will always generate avatars that resemble the person that was on the provided photos. The degree of accuracy depends mostly on:
   1.  The prompt that was provided to the model
   2.  The quality of the provided photos
   3.  The number of the photos
   4.  Whether the photos contained only the person or also other things, which might have affected how the model learned the subject
